Clinic hours are limited as we operate during Fall and Winter terms at the College only.

You can use this site to view upcoming availability and to add yourself to a wait list. To book a time, however, please email or call us. We will then answer any questions you may have and together find a time that works best for you.

This is an opportunity to maximize student learning and get extra feedback on your clinic experience one on one with the PT. Book yourself into a slot once each week that you are on placement.


Varsity Physiotherapy

Varsity physiotherapy appointments. You may only book here if you are a current varsity student being referred from Athletics.

Linda Hyndman has been practising physiotherapy for almost 30 years. She received her degree in physiotherapy from the West Australian Institute of Technology (now Curtin University) and has been a registered physiotherapist in Ontario since 2009.

Sault College Physiotherapy Clinic is a teaching facility allowing students in the OT/PT Assistant program to work with a physiotherapist in a clinic setting. Education of both students and clients is an important focus of care.

The practice at this clinic is varied but focuses primarily on musculoskeletal issues with some pediatrics and neurological concerns as needed. Treatments include manual therapy, soft tissue release, modalities, exercise prescription, and client education.

Larissa completed her Bachelor of Arts with an Honors Specialization in Kinesiology at Western University and went on to continue her education at Queen’s University, graduating with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy.

She works as the Physiotherapist for Sault College Athletics providing pre-and post-game coverage and treating sport related injuries. She is certified in Soft Tissue Release and Myofascial Release Techniques, and Dry Needling Acupuncture. Currently, she has completed her Manual Therapy Certification up to Level 3 through the Orthopaedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.

Her belief in individualized treatment plans allows her to utilize a variety of tools including education, functional exercises, and manual therapy to help you get back to your everyday function.
